Civilians ref

These are what the civilians in the Carnival Kingdom look like. Most of the civilians are clowns,but there are also other species living there.

In case you can't read my crappy hand writing here's what it means >u<

Hair must be either red,yellow,or orange.
Skin is always white (unless they're a mixed species).
If the oc is a boy their nose is red,if it's a girl then the nose it yellow.
Hair is always covering eyes and are always oval shaped like Carrie's hair (can be an any style though)
You can do anything for the clothes. ))
